Shimvornfrax provides custom scarf design and creation services. We create unique, handcrafted textile accessories based on client specifications. All products are made to order and represent original artistic works.
Custom Orders
When placing a custom scarf order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate design specifications and preferences
- Review and approve design proofs before production begins
- Pay the required deposit to initiate the design process
- Complete final payment before shipment of the finished product
- Understand that custom items cannot be returned unless defective
Intellectual Property
All designs created by Shimvornfrax remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of your order:
- You receive the physical scarf and personal use rights to your custom design
- Shimvornfrax retains the right to display the design in our portfolio
- Commercial reproduction rights require separate licensing agreement
- All website content, images, and text remain our property
Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit to begin work on custom orders. The remaining balance is due upon design approval and before production. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Shimvornfrax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ordered item.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Modifications
