Custom Products Notice

All scarves created by Shimvornfrax are custom-made to order based on your specific design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Design Approval Process

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your custom scarf design for approval. This is your opportunity to:

Review all pattern elements and colors
Request adjustments or modifications
Confirm that the design meets your expectations
Verify fabric choice and dimensions

Once you approve the design and production begins, we cannot accept returns based on design preferences.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and provide replacements in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing defects in the fabric or stitching
Color significantly different from approved design proof
Incorrect dimensions or fabric type
Damage during shipping
Missing items from your order

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
Include clear photographs showing the defect or problem
Our team will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

Items returned after 14 days from delivery
Scarves that have been worn, washed, or altered
Design preference changes after production approval
Items damaged due to improper care or storage
Slight variations in color due to screen calibration differences

Refunds

For approved returns:

Full refund or replacement scarf, your choice
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refund issued to original payment method
Shipping costs for defective items are covered by Shimvornfrax

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund for an eligible return, we will create a replacement scarf using the same approved design. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Shipping Damage

If your scarf arrives damaged due to shipping:

Document the damage with photographs immediately
Keep all original packaging materials
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a claim and send a replacement at no charge

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Before design work begins: Full refund of deposit
After design work but before production: 50% refund
After production begins: No refund available
